By accessing and using Techcsc Technologies services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Techcsc Technologies provides multi-vendor app development services including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Admin panel development
• API development and integration
• Payment gateway integration
• Technical support and maintenance

Payment terms for our services:

• All payments must be made in advance or as per agreed payment schedule
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
• Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Intellectual property rights regarding our services:

• Source code ownership transfers to client upon full payment
• We retain rights to our proprietary frameworks and tools
• Third-party libraries and services remain subject to their respective licenses
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on third-party rights
• We may use project details as portfolio examples unless explicitly prohibited

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any security breaches
• Provide necessary project requirements and feedback in a timely manner

Our services have the following limitations:

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity
• Support is provided during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM IST)
• Major revisions may incur additional charges
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages
• Performance may vary based on hosting and infrastructure choices

Techcsc Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party services or integrations
• Issues arising from client-provided content or requirements
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Upon non-payment of fees when due
• If either party becomes insolvent or bankrupt

Upon termination, all delivered work and payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of:

• Your business information and strategies
• Technical specifications and requirements
• User data and analytics
• Financial information
• Any information marked as confidential

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of our agreement.

These terms and conditions are governed by:

• The laws of India
• Jurisdiction of Kolkata courts
• Indian Information Technology Act, 2000
• Applicable consumer protection laws

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Kolkata, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be:

• Posted on our website
• Communicated via email to active clients
• Effective 30 days after posting
• Applied to new projects immediately

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
