If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without valid justification, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

2.2 Technical Issues

If the delivered app contains critical technical issues that prevent it from functioning as specified in our service agreement, and we are unable to resolve these issues within 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund.

2.3 Cancellation Before Development Starts

Projects cancelled before development begins are eligible for a full refund minus any setup or consultation fees (maximum 10% of total project cost).

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Once development has started or the project has been deployed after advance payment, no refunds will be provided.
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and approved
  • Third-party integration costs and licensing fees
  • Domain registration and hosting setup fees
  • Training and consultation services already provided
  • Changes requested after initial approval of project specifications

In cases where work has been partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed:

  • 50-100% completion: No refund (project considered complete)

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage open communication to resolve the matter. We are committed to finding mutually acceptable solutions for all parties involved.
